ABORTION AS A FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHT IN THE EU - Petition to the European Parliament

In order to guarantee the right to abortion, the European Union should take the following measures:

• the inclusion of the right to abortion in “The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union”;
• convene a European Citizens Assembly on abortion.
