Stopglobalwarming.eu goes to the EU Commission

Post by VirginiaFiume »

Dear all,
Tomorrow at 1100 am in Bruxelles we will meet the staff of Commissioner Gentiloni in Bruxelles to hand over the signatures and the supporters of the European Citizens Initiative. There will be myself and Monica Frassoni, but let me know if anyone who is in Bruxelles wants to join.

Even if the deadline is the 22nd of July we identified this date as more symbolical given the fact that on the 14th of July the European Commission will present the fit for 55 package.

Thanks to those who worked hard to organise a symbolical but efficient moment for our European Citizens Inititive, which will be officially conclude on the 22nd of July.

For all of you

1) Final statement in English French and Italian https://eumans.eu/CARBON-PRICING
2) Drive with the three versions of the statement and the social media content that can be shared tomorrow https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing

Please feel free to send the statement to anyone who you think can publish it or use it and to spread the visuals from tomorrow morning - as soon as we will have the pictures of the public meeting we will share them as well.

Today we also sent over 2,000 email to all the supporters and we will send out the newsletter tomorrow.

Thanks everyone for everything you can do!

Cheers!
Coordinator of EUMANS
