On 22 November 2023, the Eumans Members' Assembly took place with the following agenda:
- Introductory Reports
- General Discussion
- Any other business
After the first report by CoPresident Marco Cappato, CoPresident Virginia Fiume, during her report, gives news of the death of Sibilla Barbieri, who was granted aid for voluntary death in Switzerland, thanks in part to an action of civil disobedience by her son Vittorio and Marco Perduca.
In the second part of the report, Virginia Fiume informs the assembly of her decision to resign as Co-President of Eumans. Virginia Fiume explains to the Assembly the reasons for her resignation, which is effective immediately, reserving the right to further communicate in writing the reasons for her choice.
The assembly took note and the general debate focused on this point and the future of Eumans.
Other points of update are:
- the results of the internal questionnaire;
- the membership situation and cash availability;
- the proposals of European Citizens' Initiatives.
The audio-visual recording of the Assembly and the report of activities are made available on the Eumans YouTube channel.
