4th Eumans Congress:
A SUMMARY

On February 6–7, 2026, Eumans held its fourth congress in Paris, at the Maison de l’Europe.

It was a unique opportunity to discuss the initiatives that Eumans plans to carry forward over the next year:

These were the main topics we reviewed on the first day, while on the second day we highlighted concrete cases of civic participation at local, national, and European levels: an essential approach for addressing the major urgent challenges that representative democracy alone is no longer able to tackle.
