The campaign goes on

Washington sanctions the Court. We defend it.

Sanctions against the Court

The United States targets the Court as an institution: assets frozen, transactions banned, six months for American companies to cut all ties.

“Either the ICC will end its threats, or we will end the ICC.”

Marco Rubio, US Secretary of State, 9 October 2026

Our answerJustice cannot be sanctioned.

Oslo honours those who have spent their lives bringing war crimes and genocide to trial. Washington punishes those who keep doing it.
